Max is a retired racing greyhound that was rescued through GLOHW (Greyhound Lovers of Hamilton-Wentworth) from West Virginia. My wife, Nancy, and I adopted Max just after Thanksgiving (the Canadian one in October) in 2003. His name while he was racing was R.C. Masquerade, which got shortened to Mask and, later, Max. Lately, he's been able to enjoy running around with other greyhounds in WAGG (Waterloo Area Greyhound Group).
