Painting with cats

I painted last night for the first time since sometime in June. It was a 22" x 30" watercolour on canvas and I was going for some violent death and chaos but my brother told me that it looked very pretty. I guess a somewhat abstract forest fire can look pleasing to the eye. I might still give it a messy apocolyptic title though just to confuse things even more.

Whisp made painting a little more difficult than it was before her arrival so I had to literally barricade my door shut to keep her out. She didn't seem too happy about it but by morning she was licking my neck scar and purring into my shoulder with affection. She never seems to hold a grudge. I like that.
