well, hope may lie in the skies. whilst applying to be the first private canadian astronaut may be far off from you, you can always follow larry walters into the history books. larry walters was the man who flew in a lawn chair tied with weather balloons for 20 minutes, reached a height of 16.000 feet, threatened a passenger plane with gun before somehow landing several blocks away from his backyard unharmed. the chair still exists and although larry isn't around anymore, his tale will live for the ages.

meanwhile, my closest level of accomplishment tonight is a boards of canada preview and yet another piece of somehow fascinating news involving monkeys.
